At Siam Gems Club we want all our customers – no matter where in the world they are – to enjoy fair and transparent shipping conditions.

We offer free shipping to any country with our Local Shipping Operator, with very few exceptions.
Besides this, we offer shipping with FedEx at a reduced rate, and have set free-shipping thresholds accordingly.

General Free Shipping Thresholds

  • Local Shipping Operator: Free shipping to any country worldwide* 
  • FedEx: Free shipping on orders of 750 USD and above

* unfortunately we cannot offer free shipping to the following countries: Niue, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent, Saint Vincent & The Grenadines, St. Maarten, Turks & Caicos Islands, St. Pierre & Miquelon, St. Barthelemy

Country-Specific Thresholds

Because shipping rates vary significantly between regions, we apply custom thresholds for certain destinations.

Local Shipping Operator – Higher thresholds

  • 1,300 USD and above: Niue, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent & the Grenadines, St. Maarten, Turks & Caicos Islands
  • 2,000 USD and above: St. Pierre & Miquelon, St. Barthelemy

FedEx – Higher / lower thresholds

  • 200 USD and above: Hong Kong
  • 400 USD and above: Pakistan, Oman, Sri Lanka, Jordan, Maldives, Bahrain, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, South Africa (Western Cape, KwaZulu-Natal, Freestate, Gauteng, Limpopo), Iraq, Nepal, Bhutan, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bangladesh, Egypt, Lebanon, South Korea, Vietnam, China, Malaysia, Singapore, Macao, Taiwan, Australia, India, Indonesia (Bali, Banten, Di Yogyakarta, DKI Jakarta)
  • 600 USD and above: Thailand
  • 1,000 USD and above: Indonesia (Nusa Tenggara Timur, Riau, Sulawesi Barat, Sumatera regions, Aceh, Bengkulu, Jambi, Jawa regions, Kalimantan regions, Kepulauan Bangka Belitung, Kepulauan Riau, Lampung)
  • 1,200 USD and above: Japan, Indonesia (Gorontalo, Maluku, Maluku Utara, Papua, Papua Barat, Sulawesi Selatan, Sulawesi Tengah, Sulawesi Tenggara, Sulawesi Utara), Kosovo, South Africa (Northern Cape, Eastern Cape, North West)
  • 1,300 USD and above: Canada, Kazakhstan, Afghanistan

FedEx is not shipping to the following countries:

  • Ascension, Belarus, Central African Republic, Christmas Islands, Comoros, Grenada, Guernsey, Falkland Islands, Guinea Equitorial, Isle of Men, Kiribati, Mayotte, Myanmar, Nauru, Netherland Antilles, Niue, Norfolk Islands, North Macedonia, Pitcairn Islands, Russia, Saint Helena, San Marino, Sao Tome & Principe, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, St. Pierre & Miquelon, Sudan, Tajikistan, Timor Leste, Tokelau, Tristan de Cunha, Turkmenistan, Tuvalu, Vatican City

Local Shipping Operator is not shipping to the following countries:

  • Afghanistan, Botswana, Andorra, Costa Rica, Curacao, Greenland, Guatemala, Iraq, Israel, Kosovo, Libanon, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Montserrat, St. Martin

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Please note:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and local VAT are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
  • Additional charges (if applicable in your country) are collected by the carrier or local authorities upon delivery.
  • We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their exact amount.
  • ✨ All shipments are sent under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Our conditions shown here are fully mirrored in our Google listings to ensure complete transparency.
