Certification & Transparency
Transparency and trust are at the heart of everything we do. As we maintain a large gemstone inventory, we usually select one representative stone from each new batch for laboratory testing. Some gemstones already come with a certificate, while certification can be added separately for others.
Each product description clearly indicates whether a gemstone is marked “Certificate Included” or “Certificate Available.”
Certificate Included
All gemstones with a value of 499 USD or above include a professional laboratory certificate by default.
Also gemstones below that threshold and marked “Certificate Included” in the product description have already been laboratory-certified, and the certificate will automatically be included with your order.
Certificate Available
For gemstones below 499 USD, laboratory certification can be added for an additional fee. The different certificate types available can be viewed and purchased directly within this collection.
Lots, Sets & Pairs
For lots, sets and pairs—whether rough or cut—we select one representative stone for laboratory certification.
Gemological laboratories can only certify individual gemstones and are unfortunately unable to issue one certificate covering an entire lot, set or pair. If certification is required for every stone, each gemstone must be tested and certified individually.
