Withdrawal Policy (Right of Withdrawal for EU Consumers)
1. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, except in the cases listed under Section 2 (Exclusions). The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), have received the goods.
2. Exclusions
- Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
- Goods that have been altered, resized, or otherwise modified at your request.
- Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- Items purchased as part of a clearance or final sale.
3. Exercising Your Right
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw by making a clear written statement before the withdrawal period expires.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided in Section 6, but it is not obligatory.
4. Effects of Withdrawal
- We will refund the purchase price of the returned goods, excluding shipping costs, customs duties, and payment transaction fees.
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless agreed otherwise.
- No fees will be charged for the refund itself.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
5. Return of Goods
- You must send the goods back without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal.
- You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
- Returned goods must be in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition, including any packaging and certificates provided.

7. Governing Law
This Withdrawal Policy is governed by the laws of Thailand, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence.
